While many spices come from the fruit of plants, few have as fruity or enticing an aroma as cardamom. Cardamom seeds are found in an oval-shaped pod, the fruit of the plant, and are generally between a quarter of an inch and an inch long. We source our Spice Islands cardamom from Guatemala and Honduras.
